Dr. Dhillon is a physician with over 20 years of clinical experience and a visionary leader in healthcare and business. As the founder of multiple successful ventures and a healthcare educator, she combines her medical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit to improve healthcare delivery, empower communities, and shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.

She is the proud daughter of a veteran, having grown up on military bases, and has had the honor of caring for women in uniform and military spouses over the last two decades, particularly during their high-risk pregnancies. These unique experiences have enabled her to address healthcare disparities and improve access to high-quality care.

After spending 13 years in academic and private practice medicine, she began her entrepreneurial journey in 2013 by founding Maternal Fetal Specialists, a comprehensive private practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to mothers and their babies. The practice has become a trusted name in maternal-fetal care throughout the DC metropolitan area.

In 2023, she launched Merak Wellness Center, a cutting-edge facility focused on promoting wellness and enhancing quality of life. Merak specializes in personalized care plans for nutrition, obesity management, anti-aging, and overall wellness, offering patients holistic solutions for optimal health.

In 2024, she founded Ekom Consulting LLC, a physician-owned and operated healthcare consulting firm. With a multidisciplinary team of physicians, scientists, data analysts, and IT specialists, Ekom provides innovative, data-driven solutions to optimize healthcare operations, improve patient outcomes, and support equitable policy development. The firm specializes in:
